Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer refunds based on the policies outlined below.

2. Refund Timeframe & Conditions

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product does not function as described or contains a technical defect that prevents normal use.

Refunds may also be granted at our discretion in exceptional cases.

We create software that is designed to work. If you encounter an issue, we recommend contacting support first to see if it can be resolved.

3. Processing Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns and chargebacks.

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment method used.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Your license key or access to the digital product will be deactivated immediately.

4. Subscriptions

For SaaS subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but previous payments are generally non-refundable unless the conditions in Section 2 are met.
